Hiking today! I have really fallen in love with Shortoff Mountain in the distance (that square looking guy) and will probably try to hike it in the near future.

Dinner tonight was foil packet chicken and vegetable rice bowls. Herbs for the chicken came from my garden (oregano, Italian oregano, rosemary, and basil) infused in olive oil for a day before going into the chicken packets with garlic and onion salt. Baked apples are on the fire now.
