I have a husband and a son who are 6' 3". They are fit as a fiddle, workout daily and one is around 200 and one is 220 with shoulders that block a doorway. I.e. i am well acquainted what 200-220 lbs looks like on 6' 3" frame. Rump is maybe 260 on a good day.

Kaiser P is notorious for poor to almost none mental health benefits for its members. Long wait times even after hospitalization for suicide attempts, lack of continuity of care for mental health. As a retired therapist is why I won't choose them as insurer.
