Click on Journal in the left sidebar to get to a journal page. Type NOW and enter the name of the task. You can put other details, description, links to docs, etc as children of that item. When task’s done, select that item, do ctrl-M (or manually change NOW to DONE). It shows time spent in NOW.

If you only care about how many hours, and not exactly which ones, logseq is what I use for that.
