The courts will only work for so long. In the long run, it's a revolution or civil war. Every country goes through it on repeat. Seems like at 250 yrs, USA's number has been called. It's magical thinking to assume a court system controlled by a fascist regime will save you.

On average and in total, it is 100% true. More guns are owned by Rs than Ds. And Rs own more guns per person.

Reality: majority of the people with the guns are now the ones supporting the government overreach. Those who don't support guns are now being oppressed by their government AND their gun toting neighbors. States rights/gun rights was always their BS. It's THEIR "rights" over everyone else's.
