If President Obama advocated for and participated in a national day of protest on some soon but later date, I honestly believe it would reach the 3.5% rule. His failure to do so is more and more inexplicable and damning on his legacy with each passing day.

We are allowed to criticize anything he says, because that's the country we live in. Separate and apart from that, he likely has immense power to speak and persuade that can turn the tide, and he is choosing not to do so, because of some desire to respect norms. Norms are dead. We are dying.
