also i did all the flat colors on one layer and forgot to separate them so thats why the layers look sparce in the screenshot of clip studio 😅

i use a combo of cel shading and soft shading and the soft shading is purely just putting a red color on multiply on all of the joint areas like body blushing a doll. then i erase on the top edges to make it look highlighted before the true highlight, which is a glow dodge layer
