Amen! In the uk it’s easy to see Thatcher’s, “no such thing as society” damage but the Yanks are less easily understood.

I’m older. I find myself explaining to my (adult) children that politics didn’t use to be like this. It addles my brain trying to fathom how we got here x

I once moved out of a house I had lived in for 2 years. During the cleaning process I found socks behind radiators that were nothing to do with my family! And they weren’t there when I moved in, I swear!

It’s where socks go. They surface years later from behind radiators. Q.E.D heating systems are connected to the Bermuda Triangle. Fact! x
