Can never go wrong with pastina, get a tiny pasta shape of your choice, cook in a broth or stock (chicken or veggie), and then add butter, a bunch of Parmesan, and some black pepper. We affectionately call it “mush” in my house, but it’s better known as the Italian penicillin!
