I literally have been trying to go about days as normal but I’m finding it more and more difficult

I can’t even lie the future is so bleak, I have been trying not to doomscroll but i can’t bring myself not to. I feel like the world is ending and I cannot tell if I’m being dramatic or not. Everything feels lost. I hate the country the live in. It is so hard to find any glimmer of hope.
