I found a fancy apothecary chest thing made out of cedar wood for $12 at the thrift store today

Definitely been there, and still struggle with this.

It’s gonna sound cheesy, but if you sit down in your room with yourself in front of a mirror and speak to yourself with compassion, like you were talking to a beloved friend, I find that that does help a little bit. Fair warning: you might cry!

How fun! I hope you enjoy your stay! Well, you’re gonna be close to Philly, so I definitely would recommend Longwood Gardens. I don’t get out that way very often, but that’s one of my favorite PA places. The leaf peeping should be good then too, so definitely look into nature walks or train rides!

It helps a lot, it really does. Sometimes I get 'cabin fever' but then I just step outside to read or sit a spell on my deck and instantly feel better. Hope you can find a way to enjoy your outdoor spaces more too! It's great

Thank you, and highly recommend it! My landlord basically increased my living space from spring to fall by 30%. Totally worth the investment.
