I just read the whole thing. The Danish government sells the Virgin Islands for 25 million dollars in gold coin, AND the Secretary of State declares America will not object to the Danish extending their political and economic interest to the whole of Greenland.

The one place I'd visit in the US is New York City, mostly because it's the only place where you can find every other culture in one place.

Mainstream economists don't believe in propping up a government surplus - the Republican Party didn't believe it either, they just bitched and moaned about it to cause discontent when a Democrat was in office. It's a straightforwardly stupid policy goal propped up by fantasy and self-serving lies.

"Cutting the deficit" wasn't a worthy goal - just something Clinton did to prostrate himself before the altar of lies that was the Republican standard for "responsible spending" - one which nobody ever had a coherent argument for!!

Sydkorea var jo også under militærdiktatur i nogle 30-40 år, styret af USA.
Det er naturligvis en skam, at Nordkorea ikke klarer sig bedre, og at det er mindre demokratisk end f.eks. Kina og Vietnam, men det er fjollet at sige, det KUN skyldes intern politik.
