Of course smoking fewer cigarettes is big progress for a smoker. But if that smoker is looking for guidance, it will usually be about how to quit smoking, not just reduce.
I feel it’s time for more pioneers to be bolder about diet shifts, so that we can lead a positive social tipping point.

It’s an uphill to die on but I’ll keep stressing: whole food plant-based diets are win-win!

We’re lucky to see them every winter here in west Oxfordshire but 3 individuals in the garden recently was a record. They seem to like the ivy berries.
