The team is aware that the Crasher of Caches Commendation is not tracking correctly for all pirates. The team is working on a fix, but please be advised that, for those affected, progress towards this Commendation may not be tracked until a fix has rolled out. More updates soon.

After investigation, we can confirm that the Wrecker of Reaper Fortresses Commendation is not tracking correctly. The team is hard at work on a fix, but please be advised that progress towards this Commendation may not be tracked until the fix has rolled out. More updates soon.

We're aware that some players are reporting gold and reputation gain not displaying correctly when cashing in loot along with reports of delays in gold, reputation and commendations being awarded. We are investigating and will update as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience!

The issues with Charcoalbeards, tunnel migration and matchmaking appear to be resolved. Players should be able to resume play as normal. If you continue to experience issues matchmaking or accessing the game, be sure to raise a support request.

We're aware that some players are receiving Bluebeard errors. This is happening when players are attempting to join crews on older servers. To mitigate this issue, we advise that you and your crew log out and log back into the game to start a new session.

Investigations into Hourglass migration issues are ongoing, and we will provide an update as soon as we can. We are also looking into reported concerns around diving to some Voyages, and advise for now that players sail rather than dive to any Limited Voyages currently available.

Sea of Thieves is back online, but please note that use of the War Map for diving to Faction battles is temporarily disabled while we work on a solution for the long loading times. Until this is resolved, voting to dive to a battle will see players returned to an Outpost.
