告诉你们现实的问题是
从小受到来自各种精神上打压而被迫经受长期的自我压抑
将自我的个人感受完全给压制住，什么都不敢说出个人的真实感受
最终导致结果在长期自我压抑中成长出来，一辈子可能活在压抑的世界里，不敢迈出一步走出心理创伤的阴影，无法与任何人建立社交关系
