My goal for yoga class tomorrow is to plank without modifications. I’ve been using modifications and saying I’m too heavy to hold myself up. I don’t think I should use that excuse anymore now that I am 30 lbs lighter. Suck it up, buttercup!

I set my new weight loss goal for the month. I'm officially 30 pounds down since April 2024. Losing weight in your mid-30s is tough. They key for me has been to set small goals and continue to push the goalpost back as I get closer to meeting the previous goal.
