Meaning what? Get in line at 5:00 a.m. and hope to be seen? Drive for an hour or more and hope you get lucky at a low traffic location.

Right. Just go right to the DMV on your lunch hour and get what you need.
Make sure you have all documentation. Birth, marriage, divorce etc..
And, don’t go on your lunch.
In fact, make n appointment that’s 3 months out.
And take a full day off work.
