Republicans are like, “we hate you and we are going to govern like it,” dems are more, “we love you, but we need a strong Republican Party, here is my vote”

There’s literally no guarantee that if democrats take back the house that they will do anything about this. They might. They might not. Remember, some of their donors are in the files, too. A representative’s allegiance is to the money, not constituents.
