No billionaires are moral imo. Doesn’t mean they aren’t nice or that you can’t still enjoy their content if we’re talking creators like Taylor and Bey, but to have billions is to hoard wealth is to be amoral. But wealth/generational wealth are not inherently bad, so long as it’s not billions.

I see a lot of folks mentioning philanthropy/donations and I just want to remind y’all that many do that in part to receive tax credits, and also because it helps them launder their image and makes people think “see they’re responsible with their hoarded wealth.”

That part!!

She’s my favorite example whenever I try to explain to my loved ones why billionaires are amoral.

Oprah has endorsed a lot of scammers over her career, also she does a lot to launder her image. Like take the Hawaii wild fires into consideration, she asked people to donate so she could then match it and get a huge tax credit. She’s not the 1st/only, but she’s not as morally sound as she appears.
