The twilight and sunrise before a monster migraine, the air itself was pink in a hard to describe foreboding way, I looked outside and thought "Oh fuck what happened?" Unsure if this phenomenon was related to the solar storm that incapacitated me for two and a half days. Completely unedited.

I'm way too excited about this massive project to not share some pics. It was hard to choose just 4, I'm currently on page 60 (at least 10-15 pages to go) I have 104 pages of thick watercolor paper that took 9 hours to hand cut from 16x22in sheets.

And started a book that's been rattling around in my head since I was 17, did up the thumbnails for about 90 pages, since I made The White Fawn's motif Sero (only my name for him) demanded I make his story. Gonna do this up in the cut collage I've been doing, and watercolors.

Injured pigeon, tired after getting wrapped in a leg splint and pink vet wrap, settled in a towel nest, food and water in front of them Text that reads: Hey everyone, looking for some help, mainly in the form of funding vet care for a young feral brought to me. This little one was found badly injured, unable to walk, I've been doing my best to clean their wounds (mostly scrapes and bruises) but the broken bones have been a struggle. They are feisty and constantly wriggling out of their immobilization wrap. We need to know the extend of the injuries, both legs are broken, their feet have no feeling or reaction to them but they still have warmth to them. Whatever this baby needs as far as future mobility issues go, I'm happy to provide a perminant home, but we need imaging to find out next steps. Text that reads: My financial situation is a struggle, which is why I'm asking for help to see a vet, we spent our last penny getting my disabled mom moved in (and still recovering from being up for 50 hours straight navigating them from 2 states away) and EBT won't be refilling next month because of the shut down. There are avian vets in the area but theres no possible way for us to afford it on our own right now. I was able to set up an account through the vet office for this little one! If you give a call to 509 327 9354 you can make a donation to Birde Purviance's account for Baby the pigeon (pending a proper name) they'll be able to send you a payment link for a direct donation for their vet care!
