A couple likes, but no answers. I tried searching for it but can't find a thing. It definitely seemed directed at my politics, by people I would have probably otherwise considered allies. Hell, maybe they were just calling me ugly. It was such a shitty experience, I don't come back here much.

Talk about 'performative'. Seems to me you're spending time alienating your allies and not taking action. Every time i take a step left, I meet too many self-righteous, 'lefter than thou' folks who brook no dissent. I don't think it is constructive.

What is the evidence that people only go to protests and events? My point is that these are the very people who are doing the 'action' parts, too. Do you think most of these people go out of their way to attend something like this, and then DON'T take other actions? Still want a list of better.

So much BS in these comments. The people showing up for these events and protests are EXACTLY the people 'dealing' with MAGA-loving friends and family. It's possible to do performance AND action, though I note you don't say what they 'should' be doing instead of this.
