I don’t really follow basketball so I might be wide of the mark here but I’m pretty sure the British Basketball League folded recently so I’m not sure where this interest they’re so sure of is. I imagine a London team would be a temporary success then people would lose interest fairly quickly.

Still incredible effort that you have done multiple 100km rides on it. I’m usually clinging on to my sanity after half an hour on the trainer.

I think he was due to do it this year but it got sidelined after his off season crash.

I don’t really follow the PL these days so haven’t seen in the past couple of seasons, but was a replacement for Robertson necessary? Still looks pretty sharp on Scotland duty.

Yeah I chose to cancel it this afternoon, P-T was the final straw. Happy to take my chances on streaming next year. And yeah, I’d be happy to pay the £30 a month if I never had to hear CK again.

No reason why it couldn’t have been shown online on D+ even if the TV schedule didn’t allow for it. It’s got markedly worse since the price increase. Ad-free streams mostly gone, and now a race not being shown at all even though it was in the schedule. What a shambles.

Always wondered why the attrition is usually higher in Worlds than other races. Is it because of the circuit structure meaning riders can pull in once their job is done rather than having to ride to the end to get back to the bus?

I feel like Worlds are always weird by the standard of regular bike races so it’ll be weird squared.

He’s the Mario Balotelli of cycling. Clearly insanely talented but doesn’t have the attitude to get a team to work for him or to dig in and limit losses on days where he might be feeling below par.
