Producing the same work while existing staff has more time to reflect, chat, get coffee etc. Maybe that’s leading to small productivity bumps. I would be surprised if firms are seeing significant gains though.

Even better would to lower the amount of stuff we put in our trash and recycling bins. I’m a big fan of what small grocery shops like Neighborhood Produce are doing around here. Fewer containers, bulk it all!
