At the 2025 Pop Toy Show Beijing, artist Yanran Chen officially unveiled her new IP, KeyA, and it’s a striking evolution of her signature mechanical-girl aesthetic. The debut featured two pieces, BlinkBot and BuddyGlow, blending sleek sci-fi forms, long fluid lines, and glossy bionic finishes that feel more like interstellar lifeforms than traditional “cute” collectibles.

I think this one is seriously intense… KARMIEH Toy Design just unleashed HUND – The Hunter Mech, and it feels like it rolled straight out of a brutal sci-fi nightmare I totally want to live in. Set on Solaria, a world where humans no longer interact directly, power and prestige are settled through machines. The ruling estates don’t mess around either… they pour everything they’ve got into a single mech and throw it into Venatoria, Solaria’s savage racing sport. This isn’t just about speed. A prey is released, the race begins, and only the mech that both catches and finishes first wins. Miss either step and you lose. How wild is that?!?!

Pre-orders are officially opening for Billiken Shokai Premium Complete Series Vol. 2 – Ultraseven, and this is not just another sofubi release. This is a fully painted, high-end completed figure based on a sculpt that was finished over 30 years ago, now brought to life exactly as intended.

This Friday at 7pm GMT, Squink is hosting Squinkcon, a one-day online presentation and sale featuring a wide-ranging selection of work, all dropping exclusively at Squink.bigcartel.com. Squinkcon brings together an eclectic mix of original pieces and small-run releases, including hand-painted custom art toys, resin works, prototypes, limited edition prints, and a number of one-off objects. Much of what’s included has been created specifically for this event, making this a rare chance to pick up fresh studio output that won’t be around for long.

Alright folks… Artchoww is hitting us with a fresh dose of sofubi heat and I’m seriously loving this drop. BoB 2.0 is back, rolling out through Toy Art Gallery, and the upgrades on this dude are wild. Standing a solid 6.5" tall, BoB 2.0 still rocks that clever companion figure that tucks right into his body and I think the design is seriously cool. Both releases hit in two killer editions… the sleek Purple version and the totally bonkers Demon Mask colorway. The paintwork on both is super clean too and I’m super inspired by how much character they packed into this sculpt.

Flawtoys is dropping something seriously striking this Friday, December 12th, with the Anatoma Stranger “Rose” and “Violet” Hollow editions hitting the Flawtoys webshop in limited numbers. These pieces are sculpted and finished in Flawtoys’ signature style, with a glowing twist that’s impossible to miss.

Alright folks… it’s been a minute since we’ve seen an online release from Juce Gace, but the wait was totally worth it. He’s teaming up with YARMS for a brand-new vinyl art toy that is seriously wild, just like all of Juce Gace's releases. The piece is called A WOOD AWAKENING TEMPTATION (ORIGINAL EDITION) and it taps straight into that classic Adam-and-Eve energy with a cheeky twist only Juce Gace can pull off. The whole idea of temptation, curiosity, and that “should I or shouldn’t I” moment is wrapped up in one rad little resin story.

I think this drop is seriously rad. HIJACK PROFESSIONAL from Fools Paradise hits that sweet spot between designer toy heat and pure pop-culture parody. The whole setup is bonkers… professional assassin totally blows a mission, gets grabbed by the enemy, and the bodyguard just rips a paper bag off someone’s take-out to hide the guy’s face. It feels like something straight out of a Tarantino sequence mixed with Saturday-morning silliness. How cool is this?!?!

Czee13 is closing out the year with three new winter editions that are hand-crafted, highly limited, and guaranteed to move quickly. The drop goes live Friday, December 5 at 7pm U.K. time over at www.czee13.com - First up is the Krampus Reap in crimson resin, based on Czee’s Grim Reaper design released earlier this year. SAN DIEGO is getting lit (Christmas time pun) with toy art vibes because Thumbprint Gallery just announced The Toy Shop, a brand-new exhibition opening December 5 in La Jolla. Curated by artist and toy-maker Zard Apuya, this show celebrates creativity in its most playful form... and I seriously love how deep it goes into every corner of the designer toy scene. We’re talking everything from resin to sofubi to vinyl to clay, wood, ceramic, plastic, and so much more, with 40+ artists throwing down... and this is a local show for me, so hopefully I can go see this stuff in person!

Alright y’all… how cute are these little wooden bots?!?! I’m seriously tripping over how rad this new release from Loulou & Tummie is. Loulou has been grinding in the garden-shed woodshop, cranking out ELEVEN handmade wooden DROIDS and every single one looks like they’ve got their own weird lil' personality. I think the design is seriously cool... these shapes, those chunky legs, those robot eyes... it’s got that warm retro future vibe and I am very into it.
