I am 54 years old. I stepped back from Moms Demand Action after 11 years because I understood that power is finite. Organizations and nations can’t evolve if they don’t have new rolling leadership. This isn’t about age, it’s about hoarding power.
Not going for this idea at all. You might want to revisit this notion when you hit 60.
