I love Rands View! One of my favorite hikes in CT.

I had all kinds of issues including headaches, clenching while sleeping, etc. for me the shot lasted a good 2 years. But the results are different for everyone.

I had Botox from my dentist a few years ago and it worked wonders. After almost 2.5 years I’m ready for another dose.

I was moving 1500 miles so freezing anything was not an option, it was also 4 years ago, I’ve made peace with it, lol.

I feel ya, I just started one today, maybe we could do this together?
