xbox are hell bent on digital and xgp and you will buy it the way they want you to. i'm just glad i can buy it on steam tbh. XGP will be the end of half the studios they own and i'm sick of it. its such a plague.

gamepass isnt going strong its killing studios. first party output is big but heavy hitters havent been at the quality level expected, and third party support is only good because both consoles are essentially PC's and it makes no sense not to release your game everywhere.

i reckon theyll be pretty hands off with the cinema/game side of WB and probably focus on merging hbo max and d+ into netflix. Like disney with fox movies and hulu.

with the backing of Evil corp would be a very bad thing, and i also think warner bros are currently ran like shit since the discovery merger. I am normally very against these acqusitions but i think netflix acquiring warner bros would be a net positive.

i love theaters/cinemas but i dont think netflix would suddenly force all WB films to be straight to streaming, gamepass has proved you cant put incredibly high budget titles onto a subscription day 1 without heavily hitting your bottom line. As far as im concerned paramount owning them

steam does seem to have an actual black friday sale unusually this year, pretty sure they dont normally. but crossworlds isnt on it so i guess it isnt on the scale of the usual summer/winter sales.

Probably planning to run the offer during the winter sale instead. steam doesnt have a storewide black friday sale like the other platforms its individual to the publishers.

idk i think its more that middle options between the base and the pro never sell well. i think the form factor of the air alone with that sweet spot size and lightness would actually appeal to alot of people if it wasnt so close to the pro in price.
