Social media is used to trick us into believing our fellow citizens and immigrants are the problem. It must be used to share the truth and counter the propaganda. Those of you in Minnesota, brave and courageous, keep sharing the truth. This fake regime thinks we can’t withstand the storm….

I’m visiting a beautiful town in Mexico. At times I see police and military who are here to support locals and visitors in a peaceful manner. Quite the contrast to the US-(ICE) who seeks to harm anyone in their way, and disappear a beautiful culture of people. So who is the real enemy here?

Social media enables us to form democracy-saving movements (NO KINGS!). Yet they have a dark side when used to manipulate us by spreading fake information by people seeking to be in and stay in power. Use these platforms for good, not evil. Protect connection. Protect each other. Protect democracy.

Social media enables us to form democracy-saving movements (NO KINGS!). Yet they have a dark side when used to manipulate us by spreading fake information by people seeking to be in and stay in power. Use these platforms for good, not evil. Protect connection. Protect each other. Protect democracy.
The original social media platforms were built for connection, but algorithmic persuasion is now eroding our social bonds. Social bonds build emotional resiliency, which we need more than ever. Be mindful of what you post. Protect connection. Protect each other. Protect democracy.
