Its important to be vocal as Catholics and remind our fellow believers that deviation from the teachings is heresy. It's not a "choose your own adventure" belief system and there are rules and consequences. Regaining control is important.

You can remove the "not religious" part as it acts as a point of dismissal. This is the message, "I find the actions of the Republican regime to be incongruent with the teaching of Jesus." it helps create turmoil in the enemy's narrative since it'll look like its coming from their ranks.

If you aren't Christian but religious anyway, it's imperative you create or join interfaith resistance networks. Many already exist, figure out one that fits you or create your own. When it comes to fighting the regime, we need as many people onboard with smart messaging and clear communication.

If you really are Christian, then now is the time to stand up to Trump. Take advantage of the organization already built into your church and get your congregation politically activated and recruit them into the resistance. Lean into your faith and use that visibly to challenge the regime.

Yes, ICE is targeting people of other religions too but they are not the prominent sect or one the oppressor is using to identify itself. By identifying as Christian and reshaping the narrative to Christian vs MAGA, you are creating division that can be exploited come election or revolution time.

For example, ICE is raiding immigrants, the vast majority of these people are Catholic or some other denomination, call them Christian immigrants, suddenly Trump is now prosecuting Christians and locking them up in cages. Lean into it, voice it that way, create and amplify the narrative.

Your objective as a resistance defender is to create any disruption possible with the regime, if that includes self-declaring as a Christian or leaning into your Christian identity then fucking do it. That means rejecting MAGA's actions or policies from a Christian perspective and voice.

MAGA and Trump want to create an idea of a uniformed Christian sect, this is a lie and it does not exist, there is no singular "The Christians." The brand of Christianity MAGA / Trump enjoy is almost exclusive to the United States. Its corporate led and judeo-influenced.

That's not your queue to declare "I'm not Christian" or "I'm atheist."

She tried to get both governments to talk again, she pleaded for deescalation, she used her visibility to highlight the plight of normal Palestinians to the press and finally, she risked her life and incarceration - multiple times - to bring aid.

Those are the actions that deserve a price

Then there is the not so subtle influence operations being carried out in MAGA and Democrat spaces that demand fealty to Israeli interests. This in either case displays Netanyahu’s framework to control all aspects of US political views, narratives, and policies out in the open.

To see it in action watch the purity tests around AOC & Mamdani; both radical enough to be officially rejected by Israel but not radical enough for so called anti-imperialist or pro-Palestine influencers or voices that regularly reframe actual terrorism as resistance or spread Russian propaganda.
