Since you can't get Vulpix/Ninetails in XY until the post-game, what you could do is get a Vulpix or Ninetails from another game or person and keep in Pokemon Bank until you can put it in your XY save. The only downside is it'll be a traded Pokemon, so it has the possibility of not obeying you.

Persona is a really fun series! The games run pretty long as most JRPGs do which is good if you're looking for something that'll keep you entertained for a while and the turn based battle system is a lot of fun imo.

If you have a PS5, they game runs well on console. But I do think that PC is the best way to play it.
