Everytime when I see someone is follow me and the notifications is hit, I'll immediately check if someone has a unusual behavior, blocked.

If someone is follow me but has a clean/good behavior, I'll pass it.

Remember, block is your kind of weapons to defend against the bloodthirstly morons.
