Of course I 100% agree, as said: if Lineker came out condemning October 7th or something of that nature, I'm sure there would be no controversy and I believe the fact that he didn't recognise the symbol immediately.

I so wish the video he reposted hadn't had a rat in it. Obviously this imagery is synonymous with that used by the Nazi party to incite hate against Jews.
However, nothing he has actually said is antisemitic, and had a media figure talked about Oct 7th, 0 consequences would've ensued.
