There's a decent chunk of my backlog which hasn't released due to being too close to official Roblox designs. Might rework those items in the future, but right now my focus is on my avatar item work with Twin Atlas on Roblox events.

Before converting the Curves, you can use the Resolution values. One under Shape as "Resolution Preview U", and one under Geometry > Bevel. After converting, you can use Edge Slides to do more manual cleanup in areas where you know you don't need the extra tris.

Sculpting this might be a little much. I'd suggest curve geometry for the hair, and modeling a simple cap, using proportional editing to bend it into your more stylized shape. The beard is pretty sharp so you might be able to get away with just placing vertices and connecting them together.

I think you need to reconsider your views on Sonic the Hedgehog. While some may see these lyrics as a sign of hope, Sonic would never experience pain. Any time it looked like Sonic was too close to an enemy, grandpa would unplug the TV and say "Why don't you go back to spinning straw?" Oh, pity!
