I work in rural NSW during the week. This past week I was putting the bins out which would've taken <5 mins. In the middle-40C heat I thought my clothes caught fire! Even inside my air-conditioned workplace I was guzzling twice the volume of water I normally would.

On a personal level I'm looking very carefully at who I'm buying goods or services from. It's not easy to cut the US off cleanly. You know some brands are obvious but they're also investors in a lot of less obvious brands.
