Rise and World have the right pacing for fights imo. WorldBorne has slower fights and tighter positioning requirements. RiseBreak, on the other hand, gives you greater weapon control but does lock more damage behind monster’s hit zones.

Ok F it,

After playing worldBorne, Wilds, rise (a little bit into sunbreak), and some of GU,

I feel like wilds does give a few too many convenience features, and weapons had to be toned back because of it.

Gs in particular has its payoff lowered because you can aim your slashes (still sick tho)
