Trump keeps on asking Ukraine to accept Russian conditions so he can have a peace deal and a claim to the Nobel Peace Prize. However, just insisting a country accepts unacceptable conditions so you can win a prize is childish, naive, sinister, ignorant and incompetent.

If Russia invaded America, tortured and slaughtered its citizens, deliberately hit civilian targets, perpetrated war crimes, kidnapped American children to Russia etc, etc would America be happy with peace plan that gave Russia half of America and limited America’s freedom in the future?

Have the Americans realised yet that every time sanctions against Russia are mentioned the Russians want to talk about a deal…However, the demands are so ludicrous from the Russians no right thinking person would ever accept them?

My feeling is that the government is keeping quiet simply because it doesn’t want to upset Trump and force him to up the tariffs…it feels like the world is stuck in a protection racket with Trump and his tariffs.

Ok, Royal Family tries to work out what titles and badges it can remove from Andrew to assuage the public in order to protect itself.
However, only a proper police investigation into Andrew, his associates and those that have been complicit in covering up any alleged crimes, can be acceptable now.

It’s noticeable in this: “let’s remove various titles from Andrew to try and stop the monarchy being affected” phase that there hasn’t been a single word from the Palace about any of the victims. It’s only about PR and damage limitation.
