Queuing for a bus that is 15 minutes late in 96°F weather with NO SEATING is horrendous!! I’m complacent because I’m a long-time user but anyone trying it out for the first time will never do this again!
A long line of people waiting for the bus. The sidewalk is narrow and the ground is dirty. Everyone is standing aside from one person sitting on the ground.
