For example, I brew coffee the night before and put in the fridge so that I have ice coffee in the morning. I use these .5 liter plastic Starbucks cups and have two of them everyday. And I made this simple mushroom and onion omelet for lunch! Cheap and easy lol. That would cost me $20 out to eat.
