I’ve only gotten the face done so far for the first request, but this lineless style definitely looks beautiful. Still figuring out who their partner will be (I’m debating between a shark or a Molly fish person).

Not really. They consider each other friends more than anything. Cadenza does have an SO who is hermaphradotic (since Sea Harelings are simultaneous hermaphrodites (meaning they can be one, both or neither gender for copulation).

That would be Cadenza, granted it’s not for a decently long time (given their species, the Sea Harelings, have short periods of gravidity). They’ve only had one validly fertile gravidity, but the rest have been invalid (mostly because of protection (Sea Harelings are pretty prolific).

From a scientific standpoint, it’s a hell of a lot easier than birth. From an artistic standpoint, it’s easier to draw than birthing (that’s a nightmare to draw)….
But, best of all, eggs are just much prettier and unique. Eggs can range from see through, to extra colorful, to strung up like garland.
