Clearly they're overdue on their emergency procedures training.

I say apparently because, while there's the smell of smoke once you get in through the main entrance, there's otherwise no sign of fire or fire wardens. Even the businesses just outside the front entrance are still operating as if it's just any other day.

Motivation can be so hard to come by sometimes. Sounds like pushing through was the right option, though. I hope the struggle is less tomorrow.

I tried to have a real conversation, but ended up taking the sick day. Sometimes it's ok to give in, and sometimes it's ok to push through. I hope you made the right choice for you; if not, you can always take a sick day tomorrow 💜
