I'm saying it doesn't exist in the context that no one is stupid enough to offer a deal contingent on the person actively fucking over their current company. There isn't a single talent on any roster that would merit this. It'd also put contracts under a microscope, which again, no one wants.

You just can't offer something under the guise of forcing them to break a contract or to perform in a way that it would hamper the other party as a condition for singing your contract.

Contract tampering? For a tort claim to maybe be relevant, WWE would have to know he has a contract(they do), actively tell him to get out of it(they arent), and then actively fuck over aews business with him under his current contract(they arent).

The thing was he was the one who put out the video, ironically. I do believe it comes out eventually in some way, shape or form but this was one of the biggest self owns I've seen a candidate do.
