Regarding the Lutnick method of weather prediction, this is how Weather Underground works, with about 250K stations. Amazingly, it gives very similar results to Accuweather, so maybe Lutnick should have suggested using WU. FWIW, I use WU's app because it is more user-friendly, not more accurate.
