Saying the souls formula was meant for 1 on 1s makes no sense when multiple bosses are duo or more. Bell Gargoyles, Capra Demon, Orenstien & Smough. Not to mention every area in the game has multiple enemy's to fight at once

Open world games are very rarely done well. Ill take more linear style of level design over open world, because it means each zone/level gets fleshed out more

Watch/read it long enough and you'll find out why. Main reason is the MC is a cuck to the actual author. Author is in love with the main heroine RL and refuses to let the MC progress any futher so its essentially in infinite loop of him almost making progress only for it to be reversed
