Sounds of Soldiers has elements about building a better world after a conflict. Nothing about defeating the weirdos, because the backstory has them turning the USA against allies then self destructing in civil war.

Premium Rush has some great bike centric action scenes. It does portray (courier) cycling as dangerous, but makes it clear that's mostly the fault of drivers and/or bad road design.
