I’m fine with some USB-C cables not being usable to transfer data or attach peripherals, but couldn’t there be a rule that these have to be labeled in a certain way? 😭

4 or 5 times when I went to a camp I took the Steam Deck with me, but haven’t played so far.
Nevertheless I keep bringing it because it gives me reassurance I *could* play if wanted to. Gaming insurance, so to speak.

Some things are sold in stores even though there is no need to buy them. For example cups, plates, blankets and various types of computer peripherals like cheap mice and keyboards. They simply spawn into existence in households.

On average, I can work 3-4 hours before noon, take ~1 hour of break, work 2-3 hours more and then I’m spent.
Concentration mostly gone.
I try to pretend like I’m still working, but I’m getting restless.
I wonder, how this is for others..?

On average, I can work 3-4 hours before noon, take ~1 hour of break, work 2-3 hours more and then I’m spent.
Concentration mostly gone.
I try to pretend like I’m still working, but I’m getting restless.
I wonder, how this is for others..?

Steam Deck (or Steam OS in general?) has received an option lately to record gameplay in the background, and then if something happens you can go back and save the clip.
At least that’s the idea.
In practice it will often “record” a black screen, splash screen or menu. 😣

Last night I might have accidentally not put the lid on right, or the biggest one is really strong. I found it lying on its back in my hallway. 🫣

Why do some level designers put in pits where the player can’t escape from, but also can’t look into, prior to jumping in?
The only option is to jump in and then realize you’ve doomed yourself, no pun intended.
