Meet Dazzlers character sheet! Featuring a slight redesign, gadgets an off costume look to this lovely girlfailure of a villainess! And maybe some insight on her mystery abilities, her civilian life~! and more!
Dazzler a supervillain wearing a full body costume filled with hypnotic spiral patterns, a seto kaiba like coat with metal/plastic rods on the ends that reach her feet, which have a practical use seen in the next image She has her hair tied in a huge ponytail that ends in the shape of a spiral, she also wears dark black leggings that cover her from her midriff to her feet. She sports a domino mask hiding her eyes and identity, she also has a pair of big ornate earrings in the shape of swirls Here we see Dazzlers gadgets, her civilian identity, her powers, and the practical use of her cloak, forming a big area for her to create a spiral on. She has hand devices with swirls engraved on them that can keep her victims in a light trance and she can give them commands and suggestions when she grips those hands on their heads An enchanced pocket watch that she just drew spirals on, hypnotic domino masks that display patterns to the wearer, she stole these, alongside the hypno ray , a futuristic looking gun, that she cant really prove does anything useful. Her civilian identity is jean drew, hypnotherapist, and actually competent at her job, she hides her cyan hair with a wig or by dyeing it, she wont reveal all her secrets you know. Her powers entail creating hypnotic patterns out of thin air, being able to project them and manipulate them anywhere and however she wants, and she can even project them directly into an enemys mind, but she hesitates because it can backfire and hit her instead.
