I was thinking about that during the Olympics. Everything the Pinoe gen fought for and we're left without a voice in this next gen. No one (very few?) is willing to speak out and put their name on the line. It's a shame really. Too busy making tik toks.

Have you heard of gene sight testing? It's a test that can help determine what meds may work better for you. I know of some folks who've tried it. My spouses pysch has used it when nothing seems to be working. Could be worth asking about. It's so tough to find the right mix. Good luck.

I've cut the tips off knit gloves to help my spouse. They help but a space heater also helped warm the room up too. I've seen the rechargeable mittens, haven't tried those yet!
