Thank you so much for this very well argued sober piece. I am one of the extremely lucky cohort who had a diagnosis of what used to be called “full blown “ AIDS in the early 90’s. I experienced the undeniable efficacy of ARV’s which have continued to improve over the last 30 years.

I can’t even think of a punishment that would be adequate for Musk and his goons for putting USAID in the woodchipper and directly causing so much misery death and illness but I would like to.
