What's truly "harmful" is to try to decide for other people who they should be. It's harmful to try to eradicate a group just because they don't conform to your personal standards of gender. Trans people pose no inherent risk, no matter how hard you try to believe otherwise. That's the truth.

Women don't stop being women just because you call them men. This will be and is already harmful to all women and girls, trans or not.

Honestly it's not even true. Dawntrail is a perfectly good MSQ and as a long time player I enjoyed 100% of it. 🤷 Sure, maybe it's not as stand out as Shadowbringers and Endwalker but calling it "the worst" is just massively underselling it.

He's apparently a major character in a novel dealing with the Turks that was published a number of years ago. Looks like they pulled a bunch of characters from expanded universe things like that for the remakes.
That said I would totally play a side game about his mission to save his fiancée.

It is 100% not okay to blanket censor depictions of sexual violence. People need to be able to talk about these things without fear. Victims and survivors need to be able to share their stories, even if in fictionalized form. This will impact support communities that may be lifelines to people.

It's fine if you have personal issues and hangups about it, and do not want it used against you. But it's just not a winnable battle to try and police the whole world's use of it everywhere. Especially because, unlike say the n-word, it has been an extremely common and generic word for a long time.

Listen, as a fellow autistic I get where you're coming from. But also, this one is not a battle worth fighting. Trying to get a common insult declared an anti-autistic slur just because it is often used against autistics (as it is against many others) is just not going to work.

That doesn't sound good. But I'm also hearing that the patents are a lot narrower and more specific than that, and the effects have been overblown. I'm curious for someone to do a deep dive into the actual text of the patents and see what they come up with.
