How many of these people (if in UK )as well as the those signing "Scholars’ letter: ‘We support Palestine Action in their campaign against proscription’" have been arrested under sec 13 of the terrorism act? A public declaration seems little different from holding a placard saying the same

The judicial review is now seen as a "stitch-up". So if the proscription is upheld, public faith in the judiciary will be lost and if these judges somehow happen to de-proscribe, the original proscription will be seen as even more ridiculous than it is already.

The government is in a hole but keeps digging.
They, like the Met, probably hope that a forthcoming judicial review will declare Coopers decision as illegal, then it can be claimed that "the enemies of the people" demanded the climb down, and they can be righteously indignant.

And guess what else? You know those digital IDs that Blair - & now suddenly Starmer - are so keen on?

Guess where that data looks like it will end up?

In a £5bn ‘sovereign AI cloud’ that UK govt has signed deal for with…yes, you guessed it!
