being recognized by my eng peers for the hard work i pour into my company’s internal hackathon fills my heart with so much joy, esp. coming from small town nowhere and scraping for every last kilobyte i could get my hands on

the fact that it happened twice in the last two years overwhelms me

i generally cook something fun for my birthday, but have been pretty delayed this year. but better late than never, i made a super decadent monte cristo

fixed up the shape and now they look and taste abs delicious

definitely have had better shapes, but the pretzel flavor is popping

i guess this is the new best place to scream into the void (the others aren’t so friendly)
